How does it work?

1. We do not allow Walk-Ins. Each child must be signed up for a private 10 minute session. If you have multiple children, you may book their sessions on the same day (look for consecutive slots), even if they are in different teams or belong to Football or Cheerleading.

2. No need to arrive with your team! We create all groupings and designs with our software.

3. Pick the time slot that works best for you! We have 2 sets running simultaneously from October 3rd through 5th,  9:30am to 7pm, so you can look for the most convenient time slot for you either on Set A or Set B.

4. Fill out the booking information with your name (parent) and add the kid's information when required.  Please read all instructions CAREFULLY!

5. Show up on time, with clean hands, faces and uniforms on. Don't waste your session time getting ready!  Follow all instructions given by your team leads about uniforms and styling. WE DO NOT OFFER RETAKES.

6. Images are selected ON-SITE! Please make sure the person who will bring your kid to their session is able to pick the final images you will order from. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE DESIGNS WE CREATE, NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE SESSION DATE.  All designs are pre-approved by the league and can't be modified or altered.

7. You will take home a paper slip with your ordering code. This code is personal and extremely important! Take a photo of the slip as soon as you receive it and keep it in a safe place!

8. You don't need to order ahead of time. When images are ready to order you will receive an email notification. The information on your slip will allow you to view the final designs and order! Here is a link with detailed information about the ordering process.  

When you input the code into the ordering site, you will see 3 designs, One individual, One Memory Mate and a Group Collage, as shown above. Our current price list may be downloaded by clicking here.

9. While you are able to load up many codes at the same time, you must order one package per code. Images from multiple codes can't be mixed into a single package. A shipping fee is added at the end of your order and all print items will be delivered directly to your home (all digital items included in an order will be sent immediately). Please note, all Group Collages (team photos) are only offered as prints. 

10. Siblings, coach&me and special grouping orders will open soon after the general ordering window begins. An email notification will be sent with information and instructions.

 

Coaches:

If you would like to be photographed during your child's selected time slot, please add your information in the questionnaire area when booking your kid's session. If you prefer to have your own time slot or have no kids in the league, you may request a separate session by following the BOOK NOW button below and finding the best date and time for you.​
