Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Just visit your assigned website, read all the instructions carefully and choose a time slot that works for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. 

2. How long is the session?
Sessions typically last about 10. We keep things quick, fun, and stress-free—especially for young kids.

3. Can I choose the photos I want?
Yes! You'll be able to view proofs and select your favorite images during your session.

4. When will I receive my order?
Digital downloads are usually delivered instantly after purchase. Prints are processed within a few days and either shipped directly to you or batch delivered (if your organization offers that option). Batch deliveries are sent to the school,  league or team reps for distribution and shipping is free. If you see that your photos were shipped to an address in Lindenhurst, that means we received them and soon they will be distributed to you. If you pass the free shipping dates, your orders will be sent to your home directly with an added shipping fee.

5. I lost my ordering code! How can I get it?

We are working on a new system for our clients to access images without a code, but in the meantime we beg you to keep that lovely piece of paper safe. If you lost it you can request it through this link. 

6. Do I need to buy a package? 
Yes, all orders begin with the purchase of a package. Once a package is selected, you can access additional items and add-ons. Here is a complete set of ordering instructions.

7. Can I combine codes in one package?

Each code is treated as a separate individual in our system, so unfortunately, we aren't able to combine multiple codes into one package. A lot of time and care goes into creating the images for each code, which is why they need to be processed separately.

That said, we’ve adjusted our pricing  with multi-code families in mind—packages are more affordable and include even more images to choose from!

8. Can siblings be photographed together?
No. We only photograph individual images. After the initial batching window is closed (usually 2 weeks) we begin taking custom orders.  You can find more information about custom designs here.
 

9. What if I miss my session or arrive late?

If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We completely understand that unexpected things can come up. However, please note that no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If you are late we kindly ask you to not ring the bell to our studio or walk-in when we are in the middle of another session. Please call us to let us know you have arrived and we will try to accommodate you.  

10. Do you retouch the images?

Yes, we provide light retouching on all images to help everyone look their best while keeping the photos natural. If you’re interested in additional or custom retouching, just reach out—we’re happy to help! Please note that extended retouching is available for an additional hourly fee and is handled through a separate ordering process.
