How does it work?

1. BOOKING YOUR SESSION
- Each athlete must be signed up for a FREE PRIVATE 10-minute session. 
- You only need ONE appointment per athlete, regardless of how many teams they play in. 
- Do not make multiple appointments please. If you need to reschedule contact the studio here. Multiple appointments will be cancelled. 
- Create the session with the parent's name, then follow all prompts and answer the questionnaire providing your athlete's information. 
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, you do NOT have an appointment and your child will not be photographed. Walk-ins are not permitted. There is NO RETAKE DATE or DO-OVER for no-shows.


2. SESSION DAY
- Show up on time, fully prepared, with clean hands, faces.  Do not ring the bell to access the studio before your session time
- Dirty or stained hands, faces, and/or uniforms will NOT be edited. Any extra edits, if approved by the studio, will incur a fee, starting at $20. 
Sessions are quick and fun, but in order to keep the day easy peasy please arrive on time and ready!  Feel free to bring medals or trophies. We keep 3 poses of each child for you to order from once images are ready and online.

You may bring the black OR white uniform. FULL GEAR ON PLEASE! Shoes will not show.


​- We will take many photos of each athlete and select the best ones to create 3 individual designs (images are not selected during the session but you will be able to see them and have input). These will be available in your private gallery about 3 weeks after the session. Due to the nature of our work, the images you will see are final, and no changes will be permitted. 

​​- At the end of the session, you will take home the paper slip with your ordering code. Using that code, you'll have access to view your final photos on your private gallery. This code is personal and extremely important! Please take a photo of the slip as soon as you receive it and keep it in a safe place! Without this code, you will not be able to access or order your pictures. All of these images will be available in your private gallery about 3 weeks after your session.

 

3. ORDERING

When images are ready to order you will receive an email notification. Here is a link with detailed information about the ordering process.  When you input the code into the ordering site, you will see 3 individual designs and 1 Group Collage, and you can select any package(s) you'd like to order from them.   Here is a breakdown of our available packages:

- While you can load multiple codes at the same time, you must order one package per code. Images from different codes cannot be combined into a single package.

- The first 15 days of orders will be batch-printed and delivered to Long Island Cheer for distribution. Shipping fees are waived during this period. All orders created after the initial free shipping window will be delivered directly to your homes with an additional shipping fee.

- Online store closes after 3 months. All online orders placed after store closure are restricted to digital products and must be placed via email.​ Please note: ALL DIGITAL ITEMS ARE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY REGARDLESS OF THE ORDER WINDOW.​

- If you are interested in siblings or special groups like buddy photos, we can create them after the designs are released. Please make sure you mark the option in the booking questionnaire and we will contact you, or message us anytime after the photos are available to order.
