How does it work?
1. BOOKING YOUR SESSION

All sessions will take place on September 13th and 14th at the Rainbow Center in Lindenhurst.

Each athlete must be signed up for ONE FREE PRIVATE 10-minute session in either SET A or B (one appointment per child).

Do not make multiple appointments please. If you need to reschedule contact the studio here. Multiple appointments for the same child will be cancelled.

Create the session with the parent's name, then follow all prompts and answer the questionnaire.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, you do NOT have an appointment and your child will not be photographed. Walk-ins are not permitted. There is NO RETAKE DATE or DO-OVER for no-shows, sickness, travel, etc.
2. SESSION DAY

If wearing makeup, please apply it neatly and keep it natural. Girls are free to style their hair as they wish.

Show up on time at your assigned set, fully prepared, with clean hands and faces.

Chipped nail polish, dirty or stained hands, faces, and/or uniforms will NOT be edited. Any extra edits, if approved by the studio, will incur a fee, starting at $20.

We will take many photos of each athlete and select the best ones to create 4 individual designs. Images will be selected during the session, but please remember this is a MINI PRIVATE 10-MINUTES SESSION. We may try as many poses as time allows, and you will have lots of input but once time is up we will have to move on to the next athlete. A 4th pose will be taken to create the Group Collage. This pose will be the same for all and will also be available as individual design.
Due to the nature of our work, the images you will select are final, and no changes will be permitted after your session. -
At the end of the session, you will take home the paper slip with your ordering code. Using that code, you'll have access to view your final photos on your private gallery about 3 weeks after the photoshoot. This code is personal and extremely important! Please take a photo of the slip as soon as you receive it and keep it in a safe place! Without this code, you will not be able to access or order your pictures.
3. ORDERING
When images are ready to order you will receive an email notification. Here is a link with detailed information about the ordering process. When you input the code into the ordering site, you will see 4 individual designs and 1 Group Collage, and you can select any package(s) you'd like to order from them.

While you can load multiple codes at the same time, you must order one package per code. Images from different codes cannot be combined into a single package.

Please note: ALL DIGITAL ITEMS ARE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY REGARDLESS OF THE ORDER WINDOW.

Online store closes after 3 months. All online orders placed after store closure are restricted to digital products and must be placed via email.

If you are interested in siblings or special groups like buddy photos, we can create them after the designs are released.
WANT TO BE A HELPER? We're looking for volunteers! Each helper will have to be available for a 4-shift. As a thank-you, you'll receive a special gift: One Custom 'Triple Design' delivered as a high resolution digital download! Featuring all 3 individual poses in one poster!
