How does it work?
1. BOOKING YOUR SESSION
- Each ATHLETE must be signed up for a FREE PRIVATE 10-minute session, even if you have siblings in the same league/team.
- COACHES: All coaches must book a time slot for their photo session.
- Do not make multiple appointments, please. If you need to reschedule, contact the studio here
Multiple appointments will be cancelled.
- Create the session with the parent's name, then follow all prompts and answer the questionnaire, providing your athlete's information.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, you do NOT have an appointment and your child will not be photographed. Walk-ins are not permitted. There is NO RETAKE DATE or DO-OVER for no-shows.
2. SESSION DAY
- Show up on time, fully prepared, with clean hands and face. Do not ring the bell to access the studio before your session time.
- Dirty or stained hands, faces, and/or uniforms will NOT be edited. Any extra edits, if approved by the studio, will incur a fee, starting at $20.
- Sessions are quick and fun, but in order to keep the day easy peasy, please arrive on time and ready! We keep 4 poses of each child for you to order from once images are ready and online.
Uniforms must be fully worn! We do not have a changing room.
- We will take many photos of each athlete and select the best ones to create 3 individual designs. Images will be selected during the session, but please remember this is a MINI PRIVATE 10-MINUTE SESSION. We may try as many poses as time allows, and you will have lots of input, but once time is up, we will have to move on to the next athlete. A 4th pose will be taken to create the Group Collage. This pose will be the same for all and will also be available as an individual design.
Due to the nature of our work, the images you will select are final, and no changes will be permitted after your session.
- At the end of the session, you will take home the paper slip with your ordering code. Using that code, you'll have access to view your final photos in your private gallery. This code is personal and extremely important! Please take a photo of the slip as soon as you receive it and keep it in a safe place! Without this code, you will not be able to access or order your pictures. All of these images will be available in your private gallery about 3 weeks after your session.
3. ORDERING
When images are ready to order, you will receive an email notification. Here is a link with detailed information about the ordering process. When you input the code into the ordering site, you will see 4 individual designs plus 1 team Collage, and you can select any package(s) you'd like to order from them. Additional Items are always conditional to a package purchase.

Made an order, but need to add more items just log back into your site and you may buy any extra package or access our Add-Ons (Individual Items) directly.
- While you can load multiple codes at the same time, you must order one package per code. Images from different codes cannot be combined into a single package. All digital orders are delivered immediately after purchase.
- Online store closes after 3 months. All online orders placed after store closure are restricted to digital products and must be placed via email.
We do NOT photograph teams, buddy photos or siblings together. All groupings are created in post production. If you are interested in ordering a custom design, we open the ordering window after the designs are released. Please make sure you mark the option during sign up and we will contact you as soon as we start taking orders.
